The Cottage
$140 per night - $700 per week February, March, April and May
$150 per night - $800 per week - June through January
Reserve four nights and receive the fifth FREE!

Pay with VISA, Master Card, personal check or cash. River Run does not
charge different rates for holiday or festival weekends, nor charge an additional
"cleaning fee". Your only additional cost will be mandated State taxes.

Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

River Run is a smoke-free facility. You may only smoke on the covered deck.
Sorry, we are unable to take pets.

We want your stay at River Run Cottageto be as wonderful as you dream it will be. Our reservation deposit and cancellation policy is outlined here for you:

A 50% deposit is due at the time you make your reservations and may be paid by personal check or credit card. Your remaining balance will be due at check-in. If you cancel your reservations at least one month prior to check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, less 10%. If you cancel less than one month prior to check-in date, you will receive refund in form of rain check to be used another time within one year. If you cancel within 48 hours of check-in, River Run may not provide a refund. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance.
